Price Book Module

AutoCount Professional Version 2.5 – Price Book Module is an enhancement to AutoCount Professional Version 2.5. Basically, it allows user to define selling price up to 3 customer categories. In addition, it also let user defining up to 4 kinds of selling price based on the quantity.

Feature Highlights

Selling Price up to 3 customer categories. The Price Book Module is designed to allow user assigning each item’s selling price up to 3 customer categories.

For example:

In Debtor Maintenance, you assign price type A, B and C to Digital Ideal, Ology and Value Shop respectively.

For Item PHINIX200MMX, you define three different selling prices as following:

2,800.00

You are then selling PHINIX200MMX for 2,400.00, 2,600.00 and 2,800.00 to Digital Ideal, Ology and Value Shop respectively.

Selling Price by Quantity. The Price Book Module also let you defining selling price according to quantity ordered (Please refer to picture 1). It is easy for user issues selling price based on quantity ordered and price type. Price Book Module supports up to 4 level of price by quantity which is suitable for most businesses.

Advantages of Price Book Module. Firstly, when user issues an invoice to customer, system will immediately display a history note of price type associated to the customer. For example, issue an invoice to Value Shop. (Please refer to picture 2)

Secondly, Item Price Inquiry allows user to check the item price history of selected customer on the screen as well as the price book information of that particular item. (Please refer to picture 3).
